it is grace margaret's 18th birthday. my sister is amazing. she is six years younger than me but teaches me about love and gentleness and forgiveness every time i interact with her. she has one of the biggest hearts that i know and i wish that i had half the compassion that she possesses. lindsey lohan has nothing on this girl who i love so much. i am blessed by her.

welp i did it. it was amazing. i am addicted and can't wait until the next one. here are some highlights. we left school and 10 minutes later jumped right on a plane that our friends had charted. the plane might have been small but we had a professional as a pilot and they supplied us with flotation devices so on our way we went we packed ourselves in a car - 5 people, 10 bags of luggage, 20 wheels and 5 bikes - all in a ford taurus race day came and we got all set up 5 of us from abaco after the race we helped with the kids iron man and then we drove around to look at the damage from wilma we went to the awards ceremony at night - rhonda took first place in our age range and dale took first place overall - it was a proud night for abaco. and on our way home we went to green beans that had been left in the pot since halloween - so gross...but very picture worthy.

so...yesterday i decided to do a triathlon.

we are leaving today for freeport and will do the conch man tomorrow. i am scared out of my mind that i just might fail but i decided that fear of failure should be the last thing to stop me from doing anything.

halloween 2005 featured an open grill night at our house...

our neighbors rhonda and steven truly enjoyed their juicy burgers...

laura stuck to the oatmeal cookies - this girl got a sweet tooth that no one can beat...

wilma is over – she hardly left a dent here in marsh harbour. we hosted people by us this time and had our own little hurricane party for 10 hours.

in all seriousness we were truly blessed that it was nothing worse. we spent only one day doing clean up and we have heard of no major damage any where on the island.
